I know it's late notice but if anyone can make it some of us will be there to catch the shenanigans and the goings on!

Hey guys,
Ok quite a lot of info here guys the important bit is really Cork Trip as thats tomorrow!
Cork Trip
Heading from the Stables at 7pm as discussed so you can have a few refreshments in the Stables beforehand. We will be getting dropped off in Cork city at the Bus Station there and heading to Instinct to meet UCC LGBT. So after having some fun there we'll be heading as a group to Freakscene. Freakscene is €5 in and then money for refreshments on the night while the Soc will look after the bus. At this late stage I've filled up the seats so if you haven't e-mailed the soc then I can't guarantee a place on the bus, sorry guys!
Posters
Guys if any of you can come up with any ideas for either Santa's Big Gay Snowballs or for Queerbash 5.
Bowling
We did (under all the bustling chatter) talk about a Soc night out next week to Bowling with Mary I. Now what I forgot in all my brainstorming was that next week is the week of the Open Days - have a think about this one guys and let us know is you still want to go ahead with this cause it's not a problem for the Soc.
Table Quiz
Now the details have still to be confirmed but would a Table Quiz be something that people would be interested in? It would be organised for teams of 4 at student price of €5 per person. The venue is Bar3 and it's Rainbow Support Services that are running it on the 24th October (2 weeks from now).
Community News
Rainbow Support Services still have their coffee dock open and the formula is being refined more and more, so drop in and have a look at the place! Coffees and teas are just a €1 and it goes to support the venue.
Teaspach theatre company is presenting Bram Stoker's Dracula in the Shannon Rowing Club, Sarsfield Bridge. Tickets are €15 pre-sale or €20 on the night and this is a fundraiser for both Teaspach and Rainbow Support Services. There will be DJs and funk performers. Doors open at 10pm.
Next Meeting
Next Monday night, Billie from Red Ribbon will be dropping by to explain a little about what Red Ribbon do around here in Limerick. (It may help to have a face to a name as well as a group. Now Billie won't be giving the talk next week on sexual health awareness due to time constraints but at least it's a chance to get familiar with the service she and the rest of Red Ribbon provide.
We're meeting in the Meditation Room (from LRA go up to the top floor and it's right there). Now some of us will be meeting at the SU in order to show Billie the way and anyone that is lost or confused is more than welcome to tag along! This venue may be awkward to reach at first but its oh-so cosy!
Any questions or comments please guys to e-mail or post them online! Out in UL is your society and it helps to hear you voices!! Every bit of them help us to do a better job for you guys!
All the best
Niall - buzzed Pres!

Hey Guys!!!
We still need numbers for next week!!! And I'll let you all know Monday night about the arrangements.
Saturday Nite we're all meeting up in Raibow at 9pm for an hour just chilling out and getting used to the place because it is such a cool venue!! Gina's put a lot of effort into it and it pays!! So warm and friendly!! So once thats done we're off to Bar3 for more lively games!! How's that sound?
Anyone need help finding the way I'll be at the Stables Archway from 8.15 until 8.30 and we'll head in then (gives everyone the chance to make it!!). The Bus takes about 15-20minutes to get into the city max!! So thats giving ourselves lots of room! And off to Rainbow!!
Don't forget to join the website and the Bebo!!! They are great for staying in contact!!

Hey guys,
Well I'm slowly starting to get the hang of this meeting thing!! Thanks for all the ideas and comments from the last meeting - everything helps to make the soc function for it's members.
Plans for the next week:
This Saturday some of us were heading to La Boutique in Dolan's but I've double checked the website!! Sorry guys it's definitely not on! We can head to Riddler's or to Bar3 (which is actually good at weekends)? E-mail the soc for those that are interested!
Cork trip:
We are heading to Cork next Wednesday (10th October). So I need e-mails back from people who are coming so that I have numbers for the bus and so that no one gets left behind!
We are meeting at the Stable Archway (where Nitelink drops off and picks up) at 7pm sharp! The bus is supplied by Out in UL so all you guys need is money for Freakscene (€5-10 or thereabouts I think) and beverages!! (Nice huh?!)
We will be meeting David and the rest of the gang from UCC LGBT possibly in Loafer's or Instinct and then heading to Freakscene! I can't stress how much fun this is guys!!! Well worth it!!!
So if you're coming send and e-mail to
outinul@yahoo,ie just to say "hi I wanna come!"
Next Week's meeting:
Next weeks meeting is in Room 2 of the SU (little bigger than room 1 anyway!) at the usual time of 7pm. I will have the membership book with me for those that haven't had the chance to sign up yet!
So with that folks, if you have any questions or comments don't be afraid to send them this way!! Don't forget Bebo!
Your loving Pres,
Niall
