DROP - IN CENTRE: There is a drop in centre in operation on campus on Monday and Tuesday evening. For conversation or just a Coffee or Tea, just go along and say hi. This is a resource that shouldn't be let go to waste. Contact Gerard Hanley for information or appointment @ gerard.hanley@ul.ie

CORK TRIP: All those who responded via e-mail consider yer selves going, anyone else who wants to show up at the last minute, and I mean 8.00 p.m wed 29th, you are welcome as there are a few seats left. The bus leaves the Stables/Paddocks archway at 8.15 sharp. Be there! We're going to Loafers first, then Freakscene. We will be getting the bus home again at 2.15 and will be leaving for Limerick at 2.30 a.m. Make sure if you aren't on the bus you have somewhere safe to stay.

GLEN have sent us an invite to the opening of their new offices and the society is sending a few members up to represent us. Takes place on Monday at 2.00 in Dublin.

DITLGBT are running their diva night as part of their rainbow week actually, this week. Its on on Thurs night the 30th at 'The Village' @10p.m, as well as a morning after breakfast on Friday the 1st @ the 'Lovin' Spoon Cafe around 11 am.

AN FOCAL will be printing an article on OUT in UL and the Queerbash poster. Look out for them both in the next issue (the poster will be on the back).

ART COLLEGE 80s NIGHT: The Limerick ART College will be running a Charity event near the end of April, look out for posters around the uni when we get them.

COMING OUT WORKSHOP: In its last week, this is on Monday night 7 - 8 p.m. and will be a movie night, all welcome. Contact Gerard Hanley at gerard.hanley@ul.ie for more information.

All those that want to go on the Cork trip please send an e-mail to outinul@yahoo.ie to confirm your places by Sunday night/Monday morning at the latest.

We will be heading down on the 29th of March (wed). Meet out side the stables archway at 8.00 p.m. The bus will leave at 8.15 p.m sharp, with or without you. The cost will be 12 euro, and its a 14 seater. We will be going to a bar, and hopefully meeting up with the cork LGBT Societies down there, we will then go onto a nightclub (freakscene), and back on the bus at 2.15 a.m. We will be leaving Cork at 2.30 promptly once again, with or without you. The cost covers the bus and the entry into the night club.

Secondly, we posted the Queerbash posters to the other uni's and Soc's around the country this evening/morning and are at present putting up posters all over the uni as well as the the other universities in Limerick. We also decided that we wouldn't go the ticket route, instead each person will pay the 7 euro on the door and be stamped.

Thirdly, the second coming out workshop run by Gerard Hanley the laison officer, will be held between 7 and 8 this coming monday in the meditation room and will deal with issues around Homophobia. All are welcome. e-mail Ger at gerard.hanley@ul.ie for further information.

Lastly, There will be another meeting of OUT in UL next tuesday at 7 - 8 p.m in the students union, and providing there is no mess ups, we'll actually have room 3 this time. My apologies to those who may have shown up and found us missing, we ended up in room 2.

Out in UL are organizing a night out in Cork. We'd like to know how many of you would like to go.
If you are interested, contact us via e-mail outinul@yahoo.ie, or show up to Tuesday's meeting on 21st of March at 7.30 room 3 of the students union.
There will also be a meeting for committee members at 7.00 on Tuesday night 21st of March in room 3, of the students union.
(I promise to time this so we won't run over again)
Queerbash is coming along nicely, we have the posters printed - we are offering you two bands and a DJ. Tickets will be 7 euro.
Look out for the posters on the notice boards over the next few weeks.

In case you don't know "Out in UL" is the University of Limerick's Lesbian, Gay and Bi-Sexual Society. We reinvented ourselves and hence recieved a nomination form the Students Union for best new and improved society. Don't ever hesitate to contact the society for whatever reason!
